Pine Mountain Club is a quiet residential community. Our goal at PMC Vacation Rentals is to make sure you and your loved ones have a fun but relaxing weekend, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. These are private homes made available for your use. We expect you to treat these homes with as much respect as you would your own home. Please read through the following information to ensure a pleasant stay.
We do have 1 night rentals on regular weekends, but do require a 2 night minimum on some weekends and a 3 night minimum during major holiday weekends. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express), check or cash. Personal checks must be given to us 2 weeks before arrival. On regular weekends/ weekdays full payment is due 3 days before arrival, on holidays and other occasions, payment is due 1-2 weeks before arrival. Part of the pay-ment is a $35.00 service charge that is NON refundable. We also charge 6% Transient Occupancy Tax on just the rent total, also NOT refundable. Not all homes provide sheets, towels or paper products. Some cabins accept pets with an additional deposit . All cabins are NON-SMOKING, smoking in homes will result in LOSS OF DEPOSIT!!!

Check-in is no earlier than 2PM & Check-out is 12PM We ask you to return the home in the original condition as when you first occupied it to avoid any cleaning charges, which will be deducted from your security deposit. Security deposits are put as a hold on your credit card the date of arrival and can be held for up to 10 days (depending on your credit card co.) Security deposits that are made by cash or check are refunded (mailed) the 10th of following month of rental and are refunded by check only. Feel free to call us with any questions 661) 242-2246.
***Security deposits are equal to 1 nights rent for all properties over $200/ Night. All properties that are under $200/Night are subject to a $200 security deposit.***
During your visit:
You can always find something to do. The clubhouse has many seasonal activities such as golf, tennis or swimming. Please contact the clubhouse for more information at 661-242-3788. While at the club, don't forget to visit the snack bar, the kid's recreation room and adult lounge. Just across the street we have a great park with a playground, basketball court, baseball diamond and BBQ area. Also just down the way is a kid's catch and release fishing pond stocked with bass. If hiking is on your agenda, there are several hiking trails ranging from easy to strenuous.

You just want to shop and eat during your visit. The quaint town of Pine Mountain Club offers four restaurants, ranging from pizza to delicious mexican food. There are several gift shops, video & DVD rental store, a grocery store, which offers a deli and butcher shop.....and much much more!!!

FROM SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA: Take Interstate 5 north past Castaic. Exit the Frazier Mountain Road / Frazier Park exit (just after Gorman). Make a left. Continue on this road for approximately 12 miles. (Keep your eyes open for a dark brown Forest Service sign on the right side of the road, this will warn of your upcoming turn) At 12.5 miles you will turn right onto Mil Potrero Highway. You will travel approximately 6 more miles until you reach the Pine Mountain Village Center. Turn left at the Pine Mountain Fuel and we are located right next door inside Jennings Realty.FROM NORTHERN CALIFORNIA: Take Interstate 5 South past Lebec.
